Products Description

Natural kelp from FUZHOU OF FUJIAN is dried and cut into 35 cm pieces. FUJIAN kelp is said to be an all-purpose kelp that is "good for soup stock and good for eating. OUR kelp dashi has a rich, robust, kelp-like flavor. When tasted, it has a mild, thick texture and just the right amount of saltiness. Especially when simmered, it soaks up the flavor well and becomes a very satisfying dish.
 

How to make delicious soup stock

1. Soak kombu in a pot of water for at least 20 minutes.

(The standard amount of kombu is 15 to 20 g per 1 L of water.)
2. Heat the pot to boiling in about 20 minutes, turn off the heat just before boiling, and take out the kombu.
